Tutkimus sai alkunsa kiinnostuksesta uusia Perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteita kohtaan. Vuonna 2014 hyväksytty POPS asettui erityisesti tieto- ja viestintätekniikan opetuksen osalta vastaamaan perusopetuksessa havaittuihin puutteisiin ja ongelmiin. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää mitä uusia sisältöjä POPS14 tuo tietotekniikan opetukseen sekä kuinka noiden sisältöjen opetus toteutuu koulujen arjessa. Tutkimuksessa tunnistettiin tyypilliset ja yleisesti käytössä olevat TVT:n opetusmenetelmät ja niitä pyrittiin kuvailemaan laadullisen tutkimuksen keinoin. This paper aims to investigate intellectual capital management in a public organisation as the Chambers of Commerce; in particular, whether and to what extent intellectual capital contributes to overall accountability and what role intellectual capital plays as a management tool. Strontium titanate is a model quantum paraelectric in which in the region of dominating quantum statistics the ferroelectric instability is inhibited due to nearly complete compensation of the harmonic contribution into ferroelectric soft mode frequency by the zero-point motion contribution. The enhancement of atomic masses by the substitution of 18O for 16O decreases the zero-point atomic motion and low-T ferroelectricity in SrTi18O3 is realized. In this study we report on the local structure of Ti in SrTi16O3 and SrTi18O3 by Ti K-edge extended x-ray absorption fine structure measurements in temperature range 6 – 300 K.

Abstract The paper approaches the ‘ideology’ of Romanian post-communist journalism as identified in local news media organisations. We focus on the practical philosophy of journalism, emphasizing elements such as autonomy, truth, objectivity; and the relationship of journalists and news organisations with political actors. Special attention is given to the interplay between this practical philosophy and the political and economic constraints influencing news media organisations in Romania. The result is numerous liturgical rites and liturgical families, which are characterized by a specific difference in the celebrated liturgy, which is an expression of the long-term inculturation process. We aimed to identify and quantify CD117+ and CD90+ endogenous cardiac progenitor cells (CPC) in human healthy and diseased hearts. We hypothesize that these cells perform a locally acting, contributing function in overcoming medical conditions of the heart by endogenous means. Human myocardium biopsies were obtained from 23 patients with the following diagnoses: Dilatative cardiomyopathy (DCM), ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM), myocarditis, and controls from healthy cardiac patients. Merino sheep represents a valuable genetic resource worldwide. In this study, we investigated selection signatures in Merino (and Merino-derived) sheep breeds using genome-wide SNP data and two different approaches: a classical F-ST-outlier method and an approach based on the analysis of local ancestry in admixed populations. In order to capture the most reliable signals, we adopted a combined, multi-cohort approach.
